Late Shri RN Dalmia, a Commerce Graduate of 1951, was a visionary and led by example. His charismatic personality, strong set of morals and virtues along with his commitment towards work and society are the foundation of the Dalmia Group.

He was a man with a wide range of interests and was always ahead of his times. In over 50 years he travelled widely across 62 countries. A family man and a loyal friend, he is the source of inspiration and role model for the entire Dalmia family.

He was awarded with the Business Leadership award, “UDHYOG RATNA” by the Finance Minister of India, Shri Yashwant Sinha in the year 1999.
He was also adjudged as the Best Citizen of Jaipur State in the year 1997.

Late Shri Ramesh Kumar Dalmia

Former Managing Director

Late Shri R.K Dalmia, Former Managing Director, was a Commerce Graduate. He was a man of ethics and a strong believer in the divinity of God. He travelled to 45+ nations across the globe in his sincere pursuit of expanding the group.

He had the ability to handle diverse business operations and under his guidance the company achieved and surpassed its own set targets, year after year. Along with several successful dealings across 40 nations, Shri R.K. Dalmia helped the group grow manifold in recent years.

Mr. Aditya Dalmia

Managing Director, MBA (Gold Medallist)

Mr. Aditya Dalmia has an MBA in International Business and has joined the family business recently. His ideas and passion have brought about a new zeal in the group. He aspires to expand the group further and achieve greater heights. He wants to carry forward his legacy keeping in mind the basic beliefs of Quality, Transparency, Ethics, Honesty and Integrity.

He is aware of the ever changing business environment and wants to establish a unique work culture for partners and employees alike. Mr. Aditya Dalmia also believes that strong PR and a good network base is the mantra to achieve business goals successfully. He is looking forward to join several business networks across the globe and establish mutually profitable relationships amongst all.
